PAYMENT

We accept all payments by :-

  1. BANK-IN cash or cheque payments. Cheque Payments can be made payable to Unisahasil Sdn. Bhd.

  2. Major CREDIT CARDS (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Bankcard).3% surcharge applies.
  3. CHEQUES will not be accepted as payment for accommodation unless banked and cleared at least 7 days prior to arrival as a pre-paid deposit.
  4. Full settlement of nights booked prior to stay is required.
  5. A Security Deposit by a current valid Credit Card verification is required upon check-in. This Security Deposit is FULLY refundable at the end of your stay if there are no losses or damages to property.
  6. Advance Payment received to guarantee your reservation, once received is not refundable.

CANCELLATION, “NO SHOW” OR “SHORTENED STAY” POLICY

  • For “CANCELLATION” less than 72 hours notice OR “NO SHOW“, the reservation deposit paid is not refundable.
  • If your stay is SHORTENED before reaching the number of nights booked, accomodation charges is not refundable.

Hotel Policies

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • All personal belongings such as luggage, vehicles and other property belonging to the guest(s) shall be the risk of the guest at all times and neither Unisahasil Sdn. Bhd. or the property owners accept any loss or damage thereto.

REPLACEMENT COST

  • Please note that if keys, remote control devices, art décor are lost or not left in the apartment when you depart, you will be charged RM250 to cover replacement cost. In addition, there is a charge of RM50 to open the door if keys are locked inside the apartment. A price list indicating an itemised replacement cost is provided for items not mentioned above.
  • All of our properties are non-smoking. Any cost incurred to remove tobacco odors and damage will be deducted from your security deposit or debited from your credit card. Suitable areas are designated for smoking OUTSIDE our properties.

OUR UNITS

  • Check-In Time: 1400HRS, unless by prior arrangement. Early check-in may be available but not guaranteed.

  • Check-Out Time: 1000HRS, Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact us to confirm for availability. A late check-out fee may apply starting from 50% of the contracted rates during your stay.
  • Check-in/out after 12midnight and before 7am need to be arranged and may incur an additional charge.
  • Apartment Configuration:
    • 1 Master Bedroom, King size bed with attached bathroom
    • 2nd and 3rd Bedroom, Queen-size bed

OTHERS

  • Failure or omission to observe any of the terms and conditions shall render our rights to terminate this agreement without prior notice.
  • By booking and staying with us, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your group members during your stay. The accommodation provider reserves the right at any time to terminate your stay or that of any member of your group due to your prior misconduct. Full cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be given. Neither the owners of the property nor Unisahasil Sdn. Bhd. shall be under any obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses that may occur as a result of your stay being terminated. If you or that of you group member staying with us cause damage to the property, you must fully reimburse us for the cost of damage before you end your stay. You must also indemnify us against any claim made against us as a result.
  • Variation to these terms and conditions may apply during peak periods at the discretion of Unisahasil Sdn Bhd, the managing company for these apartments.
  • We accept responsibility for the booking of any accommodation arrangements in accordance with our then current, applicable Booking Conditions from the time we despatch our booking confirmation to you. We cannot, however, accept any other liability whatsoever. No warranties, promises and/or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy or completness of any of the material or information contained on any of Seamaiden Holiday Apartment’s advertising material i.e. website, brochures, sales kit, flyers, or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which arises, directly or indirectly, in connection with information provided by us whilst every care have been taken in giving accurate information.
